For over 20 years, MT Systems has been supplier of cost saving, process control equipment to the many types of industries. Our first product offering were in the metalcasting industry but we quickly expanded to other local companies in central Illinois. The addition the very successful Smart Pump resin control system. Over 150 of these systems have been installed in foundries throughout North America. The Real Time control system followed which incorporated the features of the Smart Pump systems with PLC based control of other system and equipment in the core or mold making process. These systems provided the control and process feedback managers needed to evaluate and adjust their process. Over 40 of these systems were installed in successful metalcasting facilities operated by companies such as Caterpillar, Betz Foundry, Giddings & Lewis and Elyria Foundry.

Additional product lines have been developed to assist the metalcasting industry in adapting to changing availability of raw materials and new regulatory requirements. These product lines include:

  • Gas vaporing and blending systems for use in varied processes to increase productivity and reduce employee exposure
  • Bulk handling systems designed to automatically deliver materials to the process and meet specific regulations applicable to metalcasting materials
  • Flammable liquid handling systems designed to safely handle and delivery these flammable liquids to the process
  • Coating mixing and distribution systems with automated process control and mixing features to ensure consistency and eliminate labor costs
  • Smart Pump liquid delivery systems that provide exacting accuracy and instant adjustment automatically
  • Smart Batch liquid delivery systems which provide the accuracy of Smart Pumps but provide the flexibility to tailored recipes and deliver to multiple locations
